These terms govern your use of finelinesatelier.com and the services provided by Fine Lines Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Booking requests

Submitting the form on our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is only booked once we contact you and confirm a date and time. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion, including where a service is not suitable for you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive our services. We are required to verify your age, and you agree to present valid government-issued photo identification at your appointment. We will not perform services on minors under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Our current deposit amount, cancellation window, rescheduling policy, and no-show terms will be communicated to you in writing when your appointment is confirmed, and those terms form part of your agreement with us. Please review them carefully before confirming.

Health and suitability

Permanent makeup and tattooing are cosmetic procedures that break the skin. Before your appointment you agree to disclose, accurately and completely, any relevant health information, including allergies, medications, skin conditions, prior cosmetic work, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any medical condition that could affect healing.

We may decline or postpone a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you. Failing to disclose relevant health information may affect your results and may void any touch-up or correction offered.

Results and expectations

Results vary from person to person. Skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, sun exposure, medications, and natural healing all affect how pigment settles and how long it lasts. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, color, shape, or longevity.

Nanobrows and lip blushing are semi-permanent and fade over time. Fine line tattoos are permanent. Some services include a perfecting touch-up; where included, this will be communicated at booking. Additional touch-ups may be charged separately.

Aftercare

You will receive aftercare instructions and an aftercare kit. Following those instructions is your responsibility, and it directly affects your results. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance, picking or scratching, sun exposure, or use of products we have advised against.

Photos and consent

Photos you submit with a booking request are used to plan and prepare for your service. We will not use your images publicly, including on social media, without your separate written consent. Any promotional use of your images is optional and entirely up to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment

Prices are quoted before your appointment is confirmed. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are subject to change, but the price quoted for a confirmed appointment will be honored.

All content on this website, including text, images, photography, the Fine Lines Atelier name, and our logo, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
